Dance & Movement Counselling
"Dance is breath made visible"- Anna Halperin
I`m a trained dance therapist and offer counselling for individuals and groups. I deeply believe in the power of embodied healing. My approach is deeply connected to the ideas of healing justice. I’m not the kind of counsellor who just listens silently and nods.
For me, healing happens in spaces of trust and mutual respect, where we show up as ourselves—messy, complex, and full of contradictions. I believe in the power of deep connection and being present for each other’s stories.
My role isn’t to fix you but to walk alongside you.
Dance & Movement Counselling

I see the work that I do as deeply political. To support folks to tune into their bodies we first have to disentangle it from all the assumption that we have about how bodies should look like and behave. We have to look and name the oppressive systems that have left their imprints on our bodies. We have to understand that the personal is political and that we are all interconnected and are feeling the symptoms of a sick society. The educational work I do is rooted in these beliefs and many years of being involved in organizing spaces. I`m the founder of the educational project done with dominance and have given workshops around the topics of social permaculture, care and anti-oppression.

Individual session
Sessions typically last 60-70 minutes and take place online,
so you can join from wherever feels comfortable.
We begin by checking in and setting intentions, then move through a blend of talk, movement, and somatic practices based on what feels right for you.

Group session
Group sessions create a shared space for connection, learning, and collective healing. These workshops bring together people who want to explore embodiment, social justice, and community care through movement and dialogue.
Groups provide opportunities to witness and support each other’s experiences, build solidarity, and practice new ways of relating to ourselves and others.
Sessions are held both online and in person.
A spoon full of hope is enough
If you are stuck in a stormy cloud then it is hard to imagine that things could change. Even if you can imagine this, then it might still feel impossible to truly feel it.
I`m here to tell you that a spoon full of hope is enough.
