Educational work

Workshops

Done with Dominance is a political education project that explores how dominant behaviors in groups can be recognized, reflected upon,
and transformed.

I offer workshops tailored for activists, community groups, and social justice initiatives that want to build stronger, more caring cultures.

Community Building
Anti-Oppression work

I am part of Collective Care Culture, an international artist collective that wants to co create and envision a more caring way of living.

Workshops & Trainings

Around topics of:

  • Healing Justice and Activist Burnout: Supporting activists to recognize and resist burnout through practices that honor rest as radical resistance and self-care as political action. We explore how to reclaim the body from systems of extraction and create sustainable activism rooted in care and accountability.

  • Embodied Movement and Story: Using movement, presence, and storytelling as tools to access the body’s wisdom, release trauma, and resist oppressive systems.

  • Disability Justice and Access: Centering disability justice principles by emphasizing that access is solidarity, not charity. Workshops foster spaces where all bodies and identities are welcomed, valued, and supported to thrive.

  • Community Building and Collective Learning: Drawing from social permaculture and community practice, I facilitate collaborative learning that nurtures interdependence, accountability, and social transformation.

  • Unlearning Harmful Narratives: Together, we challenge ableism, perfectionism, colonial ideas of worth, and myths of independence, embracing vulnerability and tenderness as strengths.

  • Art as Political Expression: Encouraging creative, imperfect, and embodied art-making as a form of truth-telling and healing accessible to everyone.

Collective Learning for Social Transformation

My educational work grows from a commitment to collective care, healing justice, and social transformation. I believe that personal healing and collective liberation are deeply intertwined, especially within movements striving for justice.

Why this work matters

Social justice work is demanding and often exposes us to trauma and systemic harm. I believe that integrating personal healing with collective action is essential for long-term change.

When we care for ourselves and each other, we build stronger, more resilient movements that can sustain the fight for liberation.

Exchanging ideas

We actively exchange ideas to inspire and deepen our understanding of collective care and healing.

Tools & Care Packages

We create practical tools and care packages designed to support wellbeing and nurture community resilience

Through zines, we share stories and visions that help imagine and build new, caring ways of living together.

Everything is political

My educational work is grounded in an anti-oppression framework and the understanding that therapy and healing are inherently political acts. You can learn more about my approach [here]
